| Men in particular become more susceptible to serious health problems on the anniversary of the death of a loved ones. Researchers learned this by studying more than 100 sudden death cases of people between 37 and 79 years old. 70 percent of the deaths were caused by heart disease. Men made up 80 percent of so-called anniversary deaths. Those most vulnerable were those who already suffered from high blood pressure or diabetes, or who had a history of heart disease. Sources: |
